*T2 (transition from bike to run) When you return to transition again, get off your bike before you enter and run it back to your rack. Remove your helmet and head out for the run.
You are required to wear your bib number, facing frontwards, for the entire run. Safety pin your bib number to the front of your shorts or shirt the night before. When you put your shorts and/or shirt on for the bike you’re all set for the rest of the race.
Distances:
Juniors (under 10 years) 1/2 mile
Seniors (11-15) 1 mile
